Atto Super Air Nozzle
EXAIR's Model 1108SS Atto Super Air Nozzle delivers the smallest, most precise blowoff with a highly focused, forceful blast of airflow. This small diameter nozzle will fit into tight spaces while packing the punch of strong blowing force. The overall length measures only 0.50" with a diameter of 0.16", that permits installation in tight spaces. The narrowly focused air pattern is forceful, measuring 1.0" in diameter when positioned 6" away from the target surface.
The Atto Super Air Nozzle is a 2011 Plant Engineering Product of the Year Winner and has been engineered to maximize entrainment of room air while minimizing compressed air consumption. It ejects the compressed air through a series of holes located in recessed grooves on the nozzle surface. Safe operation is assured since the airflow that exits the nozzle can not be blocked, as required by OSHA standard 1910.242(b).
The 58 dBA noise level is a fraction of ordinary air nozzles, well below the limits of the OSHA maximum allowable noise exposure standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a). Type 316 stainless steel construction is ideal for corrosive, high temperature, food and pharmaceutical applications.
