NEMA 4X (IP66) Cabinet Coolers (dust-tight, oil tight, splash resistant, indoor/outdoor service) are ideal for corrosive, food and pharmaceutical applications. They have a Type 303/304 stainless steel construction and incorporate a low pressure relief valve for both the vortex tube and the Cabinet Cooler exhaust. The valve closes and seals when the Cabinet Cooler is not operating to maintain the NEMA 4X integrity of the NEMA 4X enclosure. Systems with thermostat control to minimize compressed air usage are available. Systems including an automatic drain filter separator to ensure no water passes through the Cabinet Cooler are also available. All EXAIR Cabinet Coolers are UL and ULC Listed.

Side Mount Kits
EXAIR’s new Side Mount Kits make mounting on the side of an electrical enclosure possible when there is limited space on the top or side. NEMA 4X Cabinet Coolers must be mounted vertically. The Side Mount Kits maintain the NEMA 4X rating of the enclosure. They mount in a standard electrical knockout (1-1/2 NPS). Side Mount Kits for NEMA 4X Cabinet Coolers have a Type 303 stainless steel construction.
