What is the Threaded Line Vac?
EXAIR’s Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors offer a fast, low cost way to convey plastic pellets, scrap trim, textiles, small parts, shavings and more! The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, making it easy to build a complete system using ordinary pipe and fittings available from any home center, hardware store or plumbers supply. Performance is the same as our standard Line Vac.
Threaded Line Vac conveyors are ideal for conveying large volumes of material over long distances.

They eject a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other. Response is instantaneous. Regulating the compressed air pressure provides infinite control of the conveying rate. Models from 3/8 NPT to 3 NPT are available in aluminum and stainless steel, which are suited to a wide variety of conveying applications. An optional mounting bracket permits easy mounting. No moving parts or electricity assures maintenance free operation. |
