They installed two Model 110248SS-316 48" (1219mm) 316SS Super Air Knife Kits, one above and one below a section of chain conveyor. These Air Knives quickly strip the excess moisture away, right before the cuts of meat are packaged, ensuring the highest quality, while speeding up their process.
