Air Knife Removes Excess Coating Material and Water

Company manufactures automotive electrical cable and components. A tin plated brass sheet 2" wide and .8mm thick runs through a water and PTFE bath during a coating process. This coating then goes through a bank of IR heaters to cure. The excess water and coating needs to be blown off to create an even coating. The customer has chosen an EXAIR Model 2002 special 2" (51mm) Standard Air Knife to provide an even blow off stream of air to remove the excess water and PTFE before it is cured.
