Belt Cleaning - shrimp
This custom machine builder had a problem with contaminated belts. His customer packages shrimp and small pieces of shrimp stick to the belt and go rancid causing contamination to new product. Installing the Model 110018SS 18" (457mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Knife, all debris was effectively removed providing a clean and sanitary belt.
