Blowing Water Off Rods

A pizza maker sprays the pizza with a fine water mist before entering the freezer. The water immediately freezes and acts as a binder to hold the toppings on the pizza. The toppings used to blow off the pizza when they went under the recirculation fans in the freezer. The mist solved that problem but created a health issue when exiting the freezer. The water built up as ice on the exposed stainless steel rods of the conveyor belt and would thaw at the exit of the freezer and drop water on the floor. They have installed Model 110009SS 9" (229mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Knives to remove the water from the rods before it enters the freezer.
