Chip Control - bearings

Company manufactures bearings. They saw thick walled pipe for bearing races. In the process, the chips work harden and collect at the bottom of the I.D. of the tube. The saw blade then has to cut through the pile of hardened chips which dulls the blade. Installing the Model 1122 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle, chips were blown out of the ID of the tube as it was being cut. This effectively kept the chips clear of the cutting path, increasing blade life by 10%.
