Cleaning Molds to Eliminate Defective Parts
A company manufactures fiberglass molded tubs and showers. They carry the molds on an overhead trolley conveyor. The trolley that carries the molds has a flat horizontal surface that builds up dust and debris over time. This debris falls into and on the molds and creates defects in the finished product.
