CNC Chip Blow Off

Customer needs to clear shavings from a CNC machine operated by a blind person. Being sight impaired, there has to be a reliable way to clear chips. Installing a Model 110012 12" (305mm) Super Air Knife and Model 1122 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle and a Model 9034 solenoid valve, they were able to program into the CNC machine code to sequentially turn on the nozzles and air knife to push the chips from the fixture, to the side of the bed, and then towards the back of the machine into a chip conveyor.
