Compact Disc Separation

A customer is responsible for packaging CDs. Stacks of CDs that have just had labels printed on them need to be separated, for individual packaging. The ink is not fully dry before the CDs are stacked, and there is some slight static because the CDs are plastic, so the CDs are sticking together. The primary complication seems to be the sticky ink. A Model 1010SS Micro Air Nozzle will force a small, concentrated blast of air at the “seam" between 2 CDs as the machine attempts to separate them, helping to fully separate the CDs, as well as dry the ink the rest of the way.
