Conveying Inserts for Injection Molding

A custom plastic injection molder is molding bushings into a plastic housing. They needed a means to inject the parts into the molding head. They were able to orient the part going into the Line Vac with air nozzles. The Line Vac then transported the parts up a tube above the injector and then down. The vertical length of the tube served as the magazine to feed the machine. This was a quiet, maintenance free alternative to vibratory feed bowls.
