Conveying Sawdust
Customer manufactures smoked bacon and uses sawdust to smoke their food products. Currently they have to shovel it into the smoker from a super sack hoisted up to a mezzanine. This was a potential safety hazard that they had to eliminate. Using the Model 6084 2" (51mm) Line Vac they vacuum transferred the sawdust from floor level up to the mezzanine eliminating the safety hazard. It also provided a labor savings as they eliminated operator intervention by automating the activation of the Line Vac.
