Conveying Sea Salt and Minerals
A large Texas city aquarium is using the Model 6063 1 1/2" (38mm) Stainless Steel Line Vac to move 50 pound bags of sea salt and minerals up 15 feet and into the top of a 6000 gallon tank that is used to mix up/make seawater. This has eliminated the staff climbing a ladder with the bags on their shoulders, addressing a safety issue.
