Cooling Braking Mechanisms
Company manufactures tires. When conducting traction testing, the braking mechanisms overheat and need to be cooled prior to the next series of tests. The Model 120024 4" (102mm) Super Air Amplifier provides volumes of cooling air, which maintained the braking systems well within operating temperatures. This enabled more consistent results and a more accurate test of the tires' stopping ability, as brake fading was eliminated. Also, the test could be performed again without having to wait for the brakes to cool.
