Cooling Ink For Temperature Stability

The marking ink used in a vinyl extrusion application must be kept at a constant temperature. As the ambient temperature changes they have to recalibrate the system resulting in downtime and scrap. By using a Model 4830 Cabinet Cooler mounted to a cooling chamber that holds the ink, they are able to maintain a constant temperature which eliminates costly downtime and adjustments to the operation.
