Cooling

Customer manufactures sign displays. They use a router to cut out various shapes from a plastic sheet. The router bit heats up causing the plastic to melt, ruining the cutout. The edges have to be perfectly smooth because the signs are edge lighted. To avoid this they have to slow way down and take nibble cuts. Installing the Model 3925 Adjustable Spot Cooler onto the router head and directing the chilled air onto the router bit, heat was eliminated and they were able to get a clean sharp cut. The customer estimated that they saved $8 per sheet in labor and scrap.
