Custom Line Vac empties chips from catch pan

A machinery manufacturer built a pan under an automated metal punch to catch the slugs. They wanted to vacuum the slugs away as the pan filled, via a 1-1/2" flexible hose to a receptacle that would be provided by the end user, but they also wanted the vacuum to be rigidly attached to the bottom of the catch pan. We offered a Model 6083E 1-1/2" Aluminum Line Vac, with 1-1/2 MNPT threads on the suction, and a 1-1/2" OD discharge for the hose to slip over & clamp on. The Line Vac is operated by a timer wired to a solenoid valve in the compressed air supply line to empty the pan at regular intervals.
