Eliminate Liquid Dripping

Company manufactures ammunitions. Customer is sending parts through a water bath to cool the parts. The parts are hollow with one sealed end and cannot get water inside of them as they go through the water bath with the open end up and out of the water. The water bath is separated by gates which helps maintain temperature of the water in different sections of the cooling bath. When transferring the parts from one section to another, the gates raise up out of the water. As the parts move under the gates, water has been dripping inside of the parts. They have chosen ten pieces of the EXAIR Model 110042 42" (1067mm) Super Air Knife to blow off the water from each side of five individual gates as they rise up from the water bath. This removes the residual water from the gates and prevents it from getting inside of the parts when they move underneath.
