Eliminating Static on Rollers Applying Film to Doors and Curing the Adhesive

A customer manufactures wood doors. Part of the manufacturing process involves putting a film on the edges of the doors, using an adhesive material. The film comes off the rollers and has a static charge on the surface. Also, the adhesive is not curing in an acceptable time prior to the next step in the process. A Model 112148 48" (1219mm) Super Ion Air Knife System will help to both eliminate the static charge and provide cooling/drying for the adhesive material so it cures much faster. Also, because it is a batch process, and not a continuous one, a Model 9057 Electronic Flow Control will also help to save air usage in the plant.
