Eliminating Static Shocks On Motor Home Panels

A manufacturer of motor homes that was having a serious problem with static buildup on the fiberglass panels from which they make the exterior shells. The static was discharging on to the operators, making them afraid to go near the panels. The static also caused dirt to attract to the surface of the fiberglass before they painted. The Model 8193 Ion Air Gun is intended to give the production workers a renewed sense of security that they will not become the "lightning rod" to which these panels would discharge. The other benefit would be that they help to reduce the amount of dirt that would get painted into the finish.
