Filter cleaning

Customer has a filter drum that collects lint. Periodically they need to remove the lint from the mesh. They were running a blow nozzle from one end to the other to unclog the mesh. This caused most of the lint to go airborne and scattered through the area. Using the laminar flow of the Model 110012 12" (305mm) Super Air Knife at very low pressures they blew through the mesh from the outside while rotating the drum. They were able to peel the lint off as a continuous sheet that folded on itself as the drum rotated. They simply picked it up and threw it into the trash bin.
