Gel Cap Cooling

Company manufactures medications. When they fill liquid gel caps, the material needs to be warm to get it to flow. After the gel cap is filled and closed, the heat softens the gel cap material and it comes apart. A cooling tunnel was constructed over a conveyor and filled with cold air from the Model 4230 Cabinet Cooler. They were able to remove enough heat so that the gel caps set up sufficiently and did not separate. Defects were eliminated.
