Glue Drying
Company is building a machine to insert and glue a length of tubing onto a piece of foam rubber. They have 10 seconds in which the glue has to set before the parts are indexed to the next station. The glue is not “air drying" sufficiently and the assembly dislocates when it is transferred. Installing a Model 110042 42" (1067mm) Super Air Knife above the glued tube, generous volumes of air provided ample cooling to set the glue in time for it to be indexed to the next station.
