Improving Drying Time On A Food Mixer
A food processor is using one single 3000 liter mixer to mix different food products. The mixer must be cleaned after each batch to eliminate cross contamination. The mixer is cleaned using a water solution. The dry time between batches needed to be decreased so they may increase the total output of the mixer. They have installed two Model 6031 1 1/4" (32mm) Stainless Steel Adjustable Air Amplifiers to provide airflow through the mixer and speed up the dry time.
