Ion Air Cannon Removes Static From Surgical Tools
This customer packages surgical tools in hermetically sealed packages. Because dust can carry pathogens, the instruments have to be dust free. Before placing the tools in the bags, the operators pass them under a Model 8292 Ion Air Cannon, which removes the static charge and residual dust. The bag is then immediately sealed to maintain a sterile part.
