Keep Electronics Operating in Harsh Environments
Company manufactures non-destructive ultrasonic testing equipment. Customer has sold their ultrasonic testing equipment into a saw mill. They discovered that the high humidity of the environment at the saw mill is causing problems with the controls on the testing equipment. They called EXAIR for a fast solution to their customers’ problem and with EXAIR’s assistance chose the EXAIR Model 4330 NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler System. This system replaced the cooling fans in the original control box to provide the cooling within the newly sealed enclosure and balance the humidity to approximately 42% relative humidity inside of the enclosure. EXAIR was able to ship the product the same day for a quick fix to the problem.
