Keeping Brake Linings From Clinging To A Chute

A company manufactures braking systems for the automotive industry. They are making an "X" seal for the brake line assemblies used in the system. On an assembly machine, these seals move in to a small vibratory bowl and are sent single file down a chute. The seals were sticking to the sides of the bowl and also not traveling down the chute in the proper orientation. This resulted in damaged seals and reject brake line assemblies. They have installed a Model 8192 Ion Air Cannon and a Model 8194 Ion Air Jet to blow on the bowl and the chute. This has eliminated the problem.
