Line Vac Conveys Paper Chads to Drum For Collection and Disposal

Customer makes and prints labels for various consumer products. One particular line is punching out paper chads on dot matrix style paper. The chads need to be contained and collected so they do not pile up and make quite a mess on the punch and the floor. The collection drum is located very near the punch, so the conveying distance is quite short. A Model 6083 1.5" (38mm) Aluminum Line Vac will provide more than enough conveying capacity to collect the chads at the punch point and convey them to the collection drum. The customer also installed a screen lid on the drum to help contain the chads as they are conveyed with a high velocity. This installation will significantly cut down on the paper mess that will need to be cleaned up each day.
