Line Vac Recirculates

A large manufacturer of office products like three ring binders, staplers and hole punches had a 3" (76mm) molded plastic piece carried by a vibratory bowl feeder to a pick and place operation during assembly. They wanted pieces of plastic which were not picked to be recirculated back into the bowl feeder instead of into a bulk hopper which they had to dump back into the bowl feeder manually. They chose the Model 6987 4" (102mm) Line Vac Kit which included a filter, regulator and mounting bracket along with the Line Vac to carry the pieces from the discharge point back into the bowl feeder. This eliminated any need for replenishing the bowl feeder manually.
