Line Vac Removes Debris in Process, Reducing Housekeeping

A manufacturer of electronics assembly hardware is using a CNC machine to make small phenolic washers. The phenolic material produces a lot of trim and scrap during the process and they would like to remove the scrap as it is produced rather than wait to clean the machine once it has piled up. They have chosen an EXAIR Model 142200 2" (51mm) Threaded Line Vac Kit to pull a vacuum through a transfer hose to move the scrap into a drum. They have also purchased the Model 6819 Chip Vac Drum Lid Assembly which provides a lid and filter for a 55 gallon drum used as a scrap container.
