New air nozzle + old air wand = good solution
Customer manufactures malt used in beverages. The customer was using “air wands" made of ½" NPT aluminum pipe at the end of a rubber hose to clean up around the processing area. Problem was they didn’t have any OSHA compliant tip at the end of the pipe. So they contacted EXAIR for help. Model 1106 ½" NPT Super Air Nozzle fit right onto the end of the air wand and allowed the customer to be conforming to the OSHA standard for dead end pressure. The nozzles also seemed to do a better job at cleaning for the customer. It also allowed the customer to be OSHA compliant and helped save air and reduce air noise as compared to the original setup.
