Company metalizes steel surfaces. The rate to which they can apply the coating is dependant on how quickly metalized spray cools. With just air cooling they were only able to run their machine at 75% capacity. Installing a Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier, a generous volume of cooling air provided more than ample cooling so that they could run their machine closer to its capacity. To take it a step further, they then installed a .006" shim to provide even more cooling air and they were able to double production.
