Parts Ejection

Customer manufactures processed egg substitute. They bake processed egg substitute in a flexible mold attached to a conveyor belt. When the mold goes around the head pulley the molds stretch and the product is supposed to drop out. Due to variances in the process this does not always happen and some product is carried back on the return run requiring an operator at the end of the conveyor to manually flip them out. The line could only be run at half speed because the operator could not keep up. With a Model 1103SS Stainless Steel Mini Super Air Nozzle positioned strategically at each mold cavity, all the product was ejected without manual assistance. They were able to eliminate the operator and double the speed of the line.
