This customer builds specialty packaging machines. The machine they were building glues and closed the flaps of a corrugated box as it travels down the line. Occasionally a flap is too far past center for the plow share to flip it over and it crashes into the edge of the first plowshare destroying the box and requiring all the contents to be removed and re-packaged. Installing a Model 1122 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle and directing the force against the flaps prior to entering the plowshare, ensured that the flaps were folded over enough for the plow to direct it downward and complete the seal. Scrap and rework were eliminated.
