Raw rubber uses Super Air Knife to fully dry

A customer specializes in providing custom rubber formulations to clients, who then utilize this rubber in their manufacturing processes. Following the mixing and heating stages, they employ a water bath to rapidly cool the outer layer, allowing it to be stretched to the final shipping dimensions. However, the excess water from the cooling process was accumulating on the floor, creating a safety risk. To address this issue, they implemented two Model 110024PKI 24" Aluminum Super Air Knives equipped with plumbing kits to effectively remove the liquid from the material surface immediately after it exits the cooling bath.
