Remove Water from Package to improve Ink Jet Marking

Company manufactures burritos, chorizo, and Mexican sausage. A sausage packaging line runs a plastic wrapped 3" sausage log through a cleaning and rinsing operation prior to an ink jet printing a code on the package. The remaining water on the sausage log is resulting in a bad ink jet code. The customer has chosen an EXAIR Model 1122 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle to provide the necessary coverage area and force to remove the water from the ink jet printing area.
