Removing Dust From Paper Cutting and Book Binding Machines
Customer provides services for all steps in the book publishing process, composition and design, printing, warehousing and fulfillment, and distribution and marketing. When cutting the pages to size and binding the pages to create a book, lots of paper dust is created. A Model 112148 48" (1219mm) Super Ion Air Knife System will cover the width of the large cutting and binding machines, and will neutralize the static charge that causes the paper dust to cling to the books, as well as blow the dust off of the books, resulting in fewer quality rejects due to defective binding.
