Replacing a Homade Air Knife in the Food Industry

Company manufactures dough. They have a vacuum system which incorporates stainless steel pipe with drilled holes to blow flour from dough. The flour is then captured by the vacuum recovery for recycling. The existing blow off made from the pipe runs very loud, is inefficient and allows flour to remain which then builds up in the freezer and causes complaints from the customer when they have received the dough. They have replaced the drilled pipe with an EXAIR Model 110048 48" (1219mm) Super Air Knife to provide a more efficient, more even and better result. This will also produce a quieter result.
