Scrap Removal
Company manufactures rolled candy. They send rejected wraps down a chute. The next operation is to remove the wrapper and recycle the candy for re-packaging. This has been a handwork operation and the customer wants to automate the process. Positioning the Model 1122 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle below the defective candy wrap, the air nozzle blows the paper wrap away and then the Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier vacuums it into a trash container, thus eliminating the need for manual labor.
