Static Elimination on an accumulation table
Customer had an accumulation table with bottle caps, they would be fed single file to the caping machine. Static was causing the sensors that add more caps to the system to fry. This resulted in the system being down for several hours to replace this sensor. The Model 112106 106" Super Ion Air Knife treated static on the plastic bottle caps prior to them passing by the sensor. This was a custom non-stock length product designed to fit their process.
