Super Air Amplifier Reduces Noise
A simple blow off application after a parts washer was causing trouble due to the noise created by a different brand of Adjustable Air Amplifier. The customer was dissapointed by the loud air amplifiers from a competitor and inquired about any solution EXAIR may provide. EXAIR sold this customer six of our Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier which have the same size outlet of the competitive units and six Model 9068 3/8" NPT swivel fittings for positioning. The Super Air Amplifiers use EXAIR's patented shim which reduces noise and increases the amplification ratio of the entrained air. The patented shim allows EXAIR to minimize compressed air consumption which reducues noise and produces maximum air volume output. The customer is pleased with both the performance and noise reduction.
