Super Air Knife Halo Cleans Variety of Parts from Belt Grinder

An automotive parts manufacturer makes a variety of parts of different sizes and shapes. These are dressed by hand on a belt grinder, but need to be clean and dry prior to labeling and packaging. Operators were blowing off each part by hand, which was time consuming. They installed an Air Knife halo consisting of two Model 110012 12" Aluminum Super Air Knives and two Model 110003 3" Aluminum Super Air Knives on the conveyor to blow off the parts quickly and consistently.
