Super Air Knife keeps oil mist from auto die sprayer inside stamping press
A stamping press at a bolt manufacturing plant has an automated system that sprays oil into the die between stamps. The oil mist was unable to be contained within the machine, though, so a Model 110024 24" Aluminum Super Air Knife was installed on the inlet side (where the operator fed material in from) to keep the mist & vapor from becoming a health hazard to personnel.
