Super Air Knives Cool Heat Treated Parts

A manufacturer of machinery for the medical parts industry needed to provide cooling air flow for parts exiting an oven for heat treating. They installed two Model 110048PKI 48" Aluminum Super Air Knives with Plumbing Kits installed to blow a curtain of air on either side of the fixture holding the parts. The even, laminar flow is effective and particularly efficient at dissipating the heat from these parts, allowing the machinery to operate at maximum capacity. The use of the Plumbing Kit allowed them to plumb the air supply to one side, simplifying the design.
