Super Air Knives Remove Water From Edge Banding Exiting Water Bath
A manufacturing facility extrudes plastic strip edge banding for office furniture (goes on the sides of desk/table tops). The blower fed air nozzles were loud and not completely effective at removing all the water as the continuous strip exited the cooling water bath. Two Model 110003 3" Aluminum Super Air Knives, one above and one below, aimed to blow the water directly back into the bath trough keeps the continuous strip clean and dry through the rest of the process.
