Super Air Nozzle Cluster Blows Off Automobile Wheels

This customer machines automobile wheels on large CNC machinery. They were using open ended pipes and inexpensive nozzles, but these did not fully remove chips and debris from the wheels between machining operations. Not only did this lead to damage of the wheels' surface finish, but it was also a housekeeping issue. Using a Model 1111-12 Super Air Nozzle Cluster, they were able to remove all the chips, keep the nozzle at an acceptable distance, and cover the entire wheel. As an added benefit, this greatly reduced their compressed air consumption, and significantly lowered the noise level in the facility.
