Super Ion Air Knives clean buckets on glass bead conveyor

A conveyor manufacturer built a bucket conveyor for fine particulate glass bead. The buckets were too deep, and would move too fast, to effectively remove static with Ionizing Bars, but they needed to limit any air flow to an extremely low velocity so the dust wouldn't be blown all over the place. They installed a Model 112212 12" Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife Kit. By installing the 0.001" thick shim from the included Shim Set in conjunction with dialing the Pressure Regulator almost all the way back, the light "breeze" of ionized air was enough to remove the static and allow the fine particulate to fall out at the conveyor return, without causing any dust-up.
