Vacuuming Parts Out Of Feeder Reduces Set Up Time
A customer wanted to reduce time required for change over of pen assembly machines. The change over required operator to manually empty multiple bowl feeders. Now instead of the operator emptying the bowl feeders by hand, he sets the Light Duty Line Vacs in place, turns on bowl feeders, and they empty themselves as he does the remaining changeover work. It has saved them 15 minutes per change over, at 1-6 change overs per day.
