Vortex Tube Keeps Camera Cool, Air Amplifier Keeps Lens Clear
This customer makes vision systems for their customer, who incinerates rocket engines. The vision system monitors the process to ensure a safe burn. They were having two problems: the camera would overheat, and dirt would accumulate on the lens. A Model 3225 Vortex Tube provided the necessary cooling inside the camera housing, and a Model 6032 Adjustable Air Amplifier blows air though the heat shield surrounding the camera enclosure, keeping debris from the camera lens.
